      The hotel rooms were huge and fashionable with very comfortable bed, the terrace view. The location was very central, very close to beautiful parks, Museum District and Christmas market.

      What I liked best was the staff, who were very attentive and friendly, as well as the location. This hotel is in the heart of Vienna and within walking distance of everything. The detail of having drinks in the room for free every day, is very good. It is worth saying that the room is very big and perfect for a couple and their children, with a very very wide bed. There is no noise and it is very quiet . The amenities provided by the hotel are in my opinion very good as well as more complete than in many other hotels. I would stay again if the rooms were a bit cheaper.

      For all the good the hotel is doing, daily cleaning is not very well taken care of. We were there for five days and a couple of them left us with dirty coffee cups and no milk replenishment, bathrooms unchecked and carpet with some paper not vacuumed, when you bring a baby the daily cleaning is very important. mattress is soft to my mind as well as the pillows, this is a matter of taste. It is somewhat expensive in relation to the quality of the hotel, 4 star superior in Spain and not a 5 star.

      Entire staff, although very young, was friendly, supportive and efficient (thank you Sebastian & Ralph!) Great room, very clean. Food is good, but expensive. Overall, you got great value for money.

      We truly enjoyed good hot and marvellous breakfasts and nice views!

      Neat room, a TV set and a couch were a nice surprise. Location: the hotel was close to center of town, more like a bar area, and many attractions, restaurants, transportations. 01. Innere Stadt district was definitely worth visiting.
